    By creating an account and using the DollarDrip application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

    You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

    You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide on the App. DollarDrip is not responsible for verifying user-provided information.

    Non-Liability for Investment Decisions: 
    DollarDrip is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your investment decisions based on the use of the App.
    
    Not Financial Advice: 
    The App provides information and tools for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
    
    Accuracy and Reliability:
    DollarDrip makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of information on the App.
    
    User-Generated Content:
    DollarDrip is not responsible for user-generated content posted on the App.
    
    Investment Risks: 
    You acknowledge that investing involves risk, including the potential loss of principal.

6. Service Modifications and Downtime

DollarDrip reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App. We will notify users of significant changes or scheduled downtime via email or social media.

7. Termination of Services

    Conditions for Termination:
    Your account may be terminated for violating these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
    
    Data Handling Post-Termination:
    Upon termination, your data will be removed from our databases and servers.

8. Dispute Resolution

    Arbitration: 
    Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
    
    Governing Law: 
    Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
    Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users via email.
